Our support
At CIE LT Forge, we are deeply committed to the well-being of the Marijampolė community. We actively support local initiatives and are always ready to assist those facing hardship – whether by providing help in times of need or contributing to events that bring people together, such as city festivals and sports events. We’re proud to help build a city that offers a high quality of life today and a brighter future tomorrow.
We focus on different educational leadership initiatives and work closely with local schools. Our doors are always open for student visits, and we’re happy to support youth entrepreneurship projects and similar activities.
To further strengthen our community ties, we encourage our employees to volunteer by offering each team member one paid day off per year to engage in charitable or community-focused activities.
We also stand in solidarity with Ukraine in the face of brutal aggression. Our support extends to providing humanitarian aid to civilians, soldiers, and refugees affected by the war.
In the fight against COVID-19, we supported Marijampolė Hospital by providing funding for essential medical equipment. Our donation was used to purchase:
- A high-flow system with an integrated flow generator;
- A patient monitor;
- A quartz lamp;
- A perfusion pump.
Supporting Community Initiatives
We provided financial support for the opening event of the 9th International Art and Architecture Symposium Malonny – Marijampolė, London, New York: the Migration of Ideas, held in Marijampolė.
Also, together with our employees, we supported the opening of the Pain Clinic at Marijampolė Hospital.
Educational Initiatives
We supported the 5th Student Junior Achievement Fair eXpo 2022, organized by the Marijampolė Region Young Entrepreneurs Club.
Support for Ukraine’s Fight for Freedom
Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, we made two financial contributions to the organization Blue/Yellow, which provides essential supplies to Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers defending their country. We also donated to a dedicated Marijampolė Municipality fund supporting Ukrainian refugees.
Additionally, we donated funds to the organization Buy a Jeep for Ukraine, which were used to purchase and deliver an ambulance for Ukrainian military medics. The vehicle was later sent to the front lines, where it continues to save lives. Additionally, we supported Ukraine through a project initiated by the Marijampolė Rotary Club.
Encouraging Employee Volunteering
We organized our first-ever Cake Day at the company. While some employees baked, others enjoyed the treats by purchasing them – all proceeds were donated to the Mamų unija charity foundation.
We hosted a blood donation event, where employees volunteered to give blood and contribute to saving lives.
Supporting Community Initiatives
To help enrich the cultural life of Marijampolė, we became sponsors of various cultural events. We supported the city festival organized by the Marijampolė Municipality, as well as other cultural initiatives.
We also supported sports events, including the international boxing tournament King of The Ring, organized by VšĮ Nokautas, and the grand finale of the Marijampolė Basketball League season – the MKML Basketball Weekend 2023, where the league's top teams were crowned.
As an active member of the business community, we supported the Kaunas Chamber of Commerce and Crafts Marijampolė Branch event, called Look of the Year 2023 (liet. Metų žvilgsnis 2023).
Additionally, we supported the Marijampolė Women’s LIONS Club initiative From Heart to Heart, which delivered a Christmas miracle to lonely seniors in Marijampolė County by providing festive food packages.
Educational Initiatives
We supported youth entrepreneurship by supporting the 6th Student Company Fair eXpo 2023, organized by the Marijampolė Region Young Entrepreneurs Club.
To inspire greater interest in engineering among students, we supported the first-ever STEAM TEAM Young Engineers Championship, organized by the Lithuanian Engineering and Technology Industry Association (LINPRA).
We are also proud to be the main sponsor of the Žinių Radijas program Let’s Turn on the Light (liet. Įjunkime šviesą). This program shares inspiring stories of educational leaders across Lithuania, and we firmly believe in its value. By showcasing these leaders and their impactful initiatives, the show serves as an example for fellow educators and contributes to the advancement of Lithuania’s education system.
To encourage youth engagement and promote meaningful activities for children, we signed a cooperation agreement with the Suwalki 4th Battalion of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union. Through our financial support, a new Young Riflemen Club was launched at the Petro Arminas Progymnasium in Marijampolė.
Support for Ukraine’s Fight for Freedom
We donated our company’s minibus to the Buy a Jeep for Ukraine initiative. Once fully prepared, the vehicle was delivered directly to the front lines to support those defending Ukraine.
We also supported two initiatives by the Marijampolė Rotary Club: the project Ukrainian Cinema – Life on the Edge and a special benefit concert. Funds raised from these events were directed toward the rehabilitation of soldiers fighting for freedom and a humanitarian aid shipment sent to the people of Chervonohrad, a city in Ukraine.
Encouraging Employee Volunteering
Together with our employees, we organized a unique jar donation initiative for the Food Bank. Thanks to this campaign, 700 people in need received food packages packed in jars.
In collaboration with neighboring companies, we organized a joint blood donation event, inviting employees from across organizations to volunteer and donate blood to help those in need.
For the second year in a row, we held Cake Day – an event, where some employees baked and others purchased the treats. All proceeds were donated to Mamų unija, a charity supporting children with cancer and their families.
We also celebrated Bicycle Day by encouraging our team to embrace sustainable commuting and choose cycling as a greener way to get to work.

We supported the city festival and cultural events organized by the Marijampolė Municipality.
We contributed to the MKML Basketball Weekend 2024 event, organized by the Suvalkija Region Culture and Sports Center.
We also supported the Marijampolė Basketball Federation Association's project celebrating the 100th anniversary of Marijampolė basketball. As part of the project, a documentary film titled Three Balls and Basketball in the Church. The Centennial of Marijampolė Basketball was created, a book Basketball in Marijampolė. History, Facts, People was published, and several celebratory events were organized.

Educational Initiatives
We proudly supported the student company fair eXpo 2024, organized by the Mantinga Foundation for Charity and Support.
We also contributed to the STEAM TEAM Young Engineers Championship, organized by the Lithuanian Engineering and Technology Industry Association (LINPRA). Our support helped promote engineering careers among youth through targeted communication, competition organization, and the establishment of prizes for top participants.
Support for Ukraine’s Fight for Freedom
We contributed to the charity event Blue and Yellow in Our Hearts, organized by the Caritas of the Marijampolė St. Archangel Michael Parish, in support of Ukraine.
We supported the Marijampolė Rotary Club in organizing concerts to raise funds for Ukraine. The collected donations were used to purchase necessary equipment for the humanitarian aid headquarters in Chervonograd, Ukraine.
