The cooperation agreement signed by CIE LT Forge and Marijampole Vocational Training Center (MPRC) aims to encourage students to choose CNC operators, electricians, automatic systems mechatronics, welders, locksmiths - specialties, which are so important for the Lithuanian industry.

The agreement  includes professional guidance of students, methodical work development, practical training of students in the real workplace and their further employment possibilities.

CIE LT Forge Human Resources Manager Rasa Zalneraviciute emphasizes that the company already plans MPRC students visits to CIE LT Forge. "We are waiting for students and their teachers for the visits to our company. We hope they will gain additional knowledge and skills about work processes and functions of departments," she says. However, the company does not plan to stop there. "We will invite students to do internships and project work in the company. Scholarships await the best. We will not forget to encourage the teachers as well," she adds.

According to MPRC Director Grazvydas Juodisius, the Center will invite CIE LT Forge employees for trainings and events organized by the Center. "We appreciate the new opportunities that this contract opens up. The professions trained by MPRC will be introduced to CIE LT Forge employees and our students will get more information about the company activities. It is especially important that our students will be able to practice in a real workplace, and after they get the qualification, we will be happy to recommend our students to join CIE LT Forge team," he said.

The contract is open-ended, and we look forward to the first student visits in the nearest future.
